About ME

Hi, I’m Jasmin — the founder of Spring Wellness Co.

I’m a proud mum to three (two fur babies, Luna and Winnie, and one very cheeky little human, Arthur!). Massage has always been a passion of mine — I love how it has the power to restore not just the body, but also the mind.

​

After having Arthur, I returned to full-time work and quickly realised how difficult it was to carve out any time for myself. Between juggling a baby, two dogs, and the everyday demands of life, finding the space for self-care felt almost impossible. Many salons had no-children policies, and even when I could find the time, the logistics of getting out of the house were overwhelming.

That’s when Spring Wellness Co. was born — a mobile massage service designed to bring relaxation to you, at a time that works for your lifestyle. No travel, no waiting rooms, no stress. Just a treatment in the comfort of your own home, tailored completely to your needs.

Before every session, I take the time to understand exactly what you want from your massage — whether that’s deep relaxation, tension relief in a specific area, or a little of both. With aromatherapy, we can create a personalised blend of essential oils, or if you’d rather leave it up to me, I’ll design one just for you.

 

My goal is simple: to make your day a little brighter, a little calmer, and a little easier. If I can do that, then I know I’ve done my job well.

How it works!

​Booking your massage is the first step towards bringing the luxury of the spa into the comfort of your own home. Here’s what you can expect from your experience:

1. Booking Your Appointment

Simply book through my website, or send me a direct message via Facebook/Instagram or WhatsApp.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a short form to complete ahead of your treatment. This allows me to tailor the session perfectly to your needs and preferences.

2. Preparing for Your Treatment

On the day, I’ll arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to create a calm and welcoming space in the room of your choice.

Your appointment time refers to when your massage begins — setup happens beforehand, so your session starts seamlessly.​

​3. Selecting Oils & Personalised Focus

Once the space is ready, we’ll take a moment to choose from a selection of nourishing oils. Based on your form, I may suggest blends to suit your goals — whether that’s deep relaxation, stress relief, or invigoration. Together, we’ll also decide which areas you’d like me to focus on.

A full-body massage typically includes:

  • Back, neck & shoulders

  • Back of legs

  • Face & chest

  • Arms & hands

  • Stomach

  • Front of legs & feet

If you’ve chosen a shorter treatment (such as 30 minutes), we’ll prioritise your areas of concern so you can indulge in the parts that matter most.

​4. Comfort & Privacy

I’ll guide you through how to position yourself on the massage bed so you feel completely at ease.

Your comfort and relaxation are always my priority.

5. Your Massage Experience

Now it’s time to unwind. From the moment we begin, you can let go and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of your treatment while I work to melt away tension and restore balance.

6. Aftercare & Closing Ritual

When your massage concludes, you’ll have unhurried time to rise, stretch, and redress at your own pace. I’ll quietly clear away my equipment (around 15 minutes) once you are

ready. 

Payment can be completed at this point, and if you’d like to secure your next appointment, we can do so before I leave.

Booking & Appointments

Q: How do I book a massage?
You can book directly through my website, via Facebook/Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a short form to complete so I can tailor the session to your needs.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
For the best availability, I recommend booking at least a week or 2 in advance. However, I do accept last-minute bookings when my schedule allows.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Are there any fees?
Yes! Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps me accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t incur a fee. The full appointment fee will be charged for any bookings cancelled after 24hours. 

​

Q: Can I book recurring sessions?
Absolutely! Many clients enjoy regular treatments. We can schedule ongoing appointments at intervals that suit your lifestyle and wellness goals.

Q: What types of massage do you offer?
I currently provide Aromatherapy massages, customised based on your preferences and needs.

Q: How long does a typical massage session last?
Sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on your booking.

​

Q: Can I request specific areas to be focused on?
Yes! We’ll discuss your preferences before your massage begins, so you can enjoy the areas that matter most.

​

Q: What is a full-body massage versus a targeted massage?
A full-body massage covers all major areas — back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, stomach, legs, feet, and face. A targeted massage focuses on specific areas, ideal for relieving tension or soreness.

​

Q: What oils or lotions do you use? Can I choose my own?
I provide high-quality, nourishing oils and will make suggestions based on your needs. You’re always welcome to choose your preferred oil or fragrance.

​Location & Setup

Q: Do you travel to my home?
Yes, I bring the full spa experience to your location, setting up in the room of your choice.

​

Q: How much space do you need?
A quiet space about the size of a small living room or bedroom is ideal. I’ll bring all necessary equipment, including the massage table and supplies.

​

Q: Do I need to prepare the space in any way?
Simply clear a small area for the table and ensure it’s comfortable. I will bring lighting and music should you wish to use them. 

​

Q: Am I charged for travel costs?

There will be a small charge for any location outside of Harrogate. Please contact me for a price as it will depend on location. 

​

Comfort & Privacy

Q: What should I wear during my massage?
For a full-body massage, you’ll only need to keep your bottom underwear on. For targeted areas like legs or feet, you may keep your upper clothing on. I’ll guide you to ensure your comfort.

​

Q: Will I be fully undressed during a full-body massage?
You’ll always remain appropriately covered. I use draping techniques to ensure your privacy while allowing access to the areas being massaged.

Health & Safety

Q: Are there any conditions that prevent me from receiving a massage?
Certain medical conditions may require precautions. Please share your health details in the pre-treatment form so I can ensure your massage is safe and effective.

​

Q: Is massage safe during pregnancy or for specific medical conditions?
Currently, I do not offer pregnancy massage however depending on the medical condition we can discuss the treatment. 

​

Q: How do you maintain hygiene and safety standards?
I follow strict hygiene protocols, including cleaning all equipment before and after each session and using fresh linens for every client.

​

After the Massage

Q: How should I care for myself after a massage?
Drink plenty of water, move gently, and allow yourself some quiet time to enjoy the lingering sense of relaxation.

​

Q: Will I feel sore after the massage?
Mild soreness can occur, especially if tension is being released. This usually fades within 24 hours and is a normal sign of your muscles relaxing.

Payment & Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, card payments, and digital transfers. Payment is collected at the end of your session.

​

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers or packages?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for yourself or someone special.
