Booking Policy 

1. Appointment Confirmation & Deposits

  • A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept cash or bank transfer.

  • The remaining payment is due immediately after the treatment.

​​

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise you will be charged 100%.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed if the appointment is changed at least 24 hours in advance.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not cancel and do not show up, or if the address provided is incorrect or you are not at the address at the appointment time, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

5. Service Location Requirements

  • Clients agree to provide a safe, clean space suitable for massage therapy.

  • There must be enough room to fully set up the massage bed (approximately 200cm X 150cm – If you have a smaller space, we can still accommodate, but this must be agreed prior to arrival)

  • Parking must be available within a 5-minute walk of the provided address.

  • Clients must inform us in advance if the treatment location involves climbing more than two flights of stairs to allow additional setup time.

6. Appointment Duration & Timing

  • Setup time is 15 minutes, provided parking is on-site and the location is not more than two flights of stairs away.

  • Breakdown/set-down time is 15 minutes.

  • The massage session time is in addition to setup and breakdown and not charged for.

  • If the treatment starts late due to the client, the massage time may be shortened accordingly.

  • If the therapist is late, the session length will be adjusted or the price reduced to suit the client’s preference.

7. Client Eligibility & Home Environment

  • Services are available to females aged 18 and over only.

  • While we understand that having an in-home massage may reduce the need for childcare, please be aware that any distractions during the session—such as children needing attention, answering the door, phone calls, or other interruptions—may affect the flow of the treatment.

  • Any downtime caused by such disruptions will be deducted from the total massage time.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Massage therapy is provided within professional standards, but the client agrees that the therapist is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the treatment.

  • Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the appointment.

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep your valuables safe during the session.

  • Spring Wellness Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

10. Health & Safety

  • Please notify your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your appointment.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible.

11. Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled time to maximise your session.

  • Late arrivals caused by the client may result in shortened treatment time without refund.​
